Did not meet expectations

I have ordered for the same . But despite of confirming the size of mattress twice i.e.72*60*6,I have received mattress of size72*60*5.After replacing the same, again I received the matress of thickness 5 inches.I am just surprised seeing such ignorance.Not recommended for buying mattress from filpkart.
