Earth-Like EVOO is made from grinding Hojiblancom Picual & Plcuddi Olives into a paste, then pressing them to extract the olive oil. There's no heat process involved; hence it is said to be "cold-pressed". EVOO is Unrefined-Unbleached-Non Deodorized. Earth-Like EVOO has a 24-month shelf life. Regular olive oil is subjected to refining before being bottled. It is light yellow in color. On the other hand, extra virgin oil is the purest form of olive oil. It retains the golden-green hue of the olive fruit as it is not subjected to any industrial processes. EVOO contains fatty acids not more than 0.5% by weight and saturated fatty acid not more than 25% by weight.
