good phone especially for super senior elders, simple and no confusion in using keys, but not very durable, Earlier two phones damaged after one year of normal use, excellent customer service , they repaired it although for some cost .

Mind-blowing purchase
I bought this for my grandfather and it's perfect. Big buttons, loud sound, and very easy to use... The photo dial feature is super helpful. He loves it so much and we feel more relaxed because of the SOS button. Good phone for seniors!
