Once it’s triggered, the device plays a siren to alert all those in close proximity to the device (and your child). It sends out the GPS location with a help message. In case the call goes unanswered, it repeats calling up to 3 times.

You can ensure that your child is properly being taken care of by the house help with the discreet listening feature. This way, you can listen to everything that’s happening around your child, ensuring their safety.

In case your child doesn't answer your call, you can use the call back feature to send out a command to your child’s phone (from an authorised phone). This mobile phone will go on to automatically call back and also activate the loudspeaker.

With the CareTouch App or the website, you can configure the settings of this device. This way, you can ensure that your child won’t be able to change the device’s settings.

Charging the device is safe and simple as it comes with a dock charger that facilitates easy charging.

You can personalise the 4 keys of this device with pictures of family members. This way, your child can tap on the picture key to easily and quickly make a call to them.

You can set up a ‘do not disturb’ time zone so that your child’s mobile phone switches to silent mode and he/she can concentrate on their homework, sleep soundly, and so on.

You can encourage your child to be more responsible and independent by setting alarms to take their medicines on time, for birthdays and events, and so on. You can even schedule alerts for playtime, study time, nap time, and more.
