Cooking Instructions | - Mix: Take 1 cup (100g) of dosa mix and add approximately 1.5 cups of water. Stir well to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes., Heat: Preheat a non-stick tawa or pan on medium heat. Lightly grease with oil., Pour & Spread: Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion, Cook: Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes., Serve: Serve hot with chutney, sambar, or your favorite dip.
