Reviewing the product after one month of use. Very happy with the performance. Actually bought this product to replace maid for cleaning job, since maids are taking too many off days. Happy with the decision I made. After cleaning, you will not see dust on the floor, because the suction is too good. Wet mopping is also above my expectations. It won't leave wet stains as done by manual mopping. The floor looks dustless and clean after the task is done. I surely recommend this product.

Q:It is round shaped. What is the diameter, thickness ( height) of this machine. Your H, L, W is confusing. I want to decide and buy.
A:It looks big in size,in videos it may be small, and still my demo agent did not come for the visit,so I doubt the product support and customer care agents are worst,where they not solve issue in time.

Q:Is there an option to memories multiple wifi connections? And switch to the nearest one whenever required?
A:Only one 4G wifi connection needs to be selected, if you want to change the wifi, you have to reset. The mobile and robot should be connected with same wifi connection.
