Product is good but they never cared about demo after delivery. I requested for a demo and a guy called and spoke only in Tamil. I requested for English or Kannada and he politely said he will arrange a call back never got one.
Otherwise performance of the product is really good. Have some concern on charging time and battery life which i was hopeful to get answered during demo

I recently had a demo of the Ecovacs Robot Cleaner by Mr. Manohar Reddy, and I am very impressed with the session. He explained the product usage step by step in a very clear and simple manner, which made it easy to understand how the robot works in daily use. He also covered all the accessories in detail and demonstrated their functions, showing that he is very knowledgeable about the product.
