    • Replacement / Repair : 3 Months Standard warranty. It is necessary to get the warranty activated within 7 days of placing the order. No Warranty claims shall be entertained if the customer does not get the warranty activated within 7 days for whatsoever reason. Replacement shall be sent to the Customer's address once the defective item is returned. For Data Cables, the Warranty is valid only for 3 months from the Date of Purchase. Customers need to pay 85-110 Delivery Charges for replacement orders

    • Any Kind of Physical Damage or issues arising due to external factors or due to Voltage Fluctuation, Current Surge, Exposure to Moisture, Heating, or Slow Charging are not covered in the warranty. Warranty Doesn't Cover Defects/Damage due to Misuse-Mishandling or voltage fluctuations. Warranty shall be rejected if the product is in used & poor condition. Replacement shall be provided to the customer after proper validation, The Customer shall pay Delivery charges of approximately 60-120 INR depending on the pin code for a replacement unit. In the case of Warranty claims, No Pickup in a few cases, and the Customer needs to Self Return the Product or pack the item as per guidelines. Return Shipping cost to be paid by Buyer, in case of no serviceability area. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
