I am writing this review after 2 and half years of use. Now the device is not working and it's gone! But it didn't seem like it's gone ! Not sure why it stopped working suddenly! But after resetting the WiFi router, yes you heard correct, by resetting, not restarting, it started working again.
Product is awesome ! But before buying please keep these things in mind :
1. Do you have Wi-Fi router ?

It's like I bought myself a new best friend. With the Chromecast and netflix, my TV viewing life is sorted. The easiest way to project directly from your phone or laptop directly to your TV screen.

Excellent product.Delivered promptly by flipkart in fine package. If you want to mirror your phone/tab/lsptop to non-smart tv, go for it. I just watched a movie on amozon prome video using chromecast and it felt awesome.

Very Good
This device made my normal Tv a smart Tv but there is a little difference in smart tv and chromecast. Apps works good like youtube hotstar but when you do screen mirroring the screen keeps disconnecting and sometimes gets stuck. If you dont have cast option on aany app then playing videos using screen mirroring doesnt work properly. Also the huge disadvantage is, when you mirror the screen and watch a video, you cannot turn your screen off and video will continue to play on TV and screen both.

Amazing product. Most if the features are already known. Just to add, u need not have a wifi router to use it. I used other phone hotspot just for setup. And renamed it same as my current phone hotspot. Now i can use my current phone hotspot for local cast (use localcast app), screen mirroring and also casting online videos. I am amazed with the performance of Google Chromecast 2.
It comes with power adapter and USB cable with a good length. You may use your TV's USB port to power it up though.( I am using TV's USB port)
