Am penning this review after using it for 9 months. Machine is absolute value for money. Its a workhorse and can take abuse. No issues faced till now. The combinations of water level settings and wash types is a little cumbersome. Also there is no option to customize spin dry time after wash. The slot to input fabric conditioner is not easily accessible. The detergent holder is located at the mouth of water dispenser opening and is very flimsy. Machine is good as well only we got demo and installation of machine after long follow up calls with electorlux service centre as we live in Panvel. as for the machine functions and programs it gives for the price is very good. washing quality is also good. overall satisfied with the product.

It has been less than 30 days, but I have used the Washing Machine and so far I have no complaints. The Hose Tube is short and it would have been better had it been a bit longer. The functions are as advertised. The accessories and the washing machine were shipped in a really good condition. The 7 Kg load handles a lot of clothes. We bought this washing machine, a month back and are quite satisfied with the performance. we made a switch from semi automatic to auto matic and has apprehensions about the quality of cleaning but actually it is quite nice.
Only thing do not depend on the website to call electrolux and fix appointment for installation. for faster service, better give a call your self.
