Good book to start linear algebra with

I used this book when first learning linear algebra. It provided very solid groundwork for linear algebra, before moving on to more advanced texts.

All practical topics are clearly introduced and explained, and lots of examples are provided within the text. There are a large number of problems at the end of the chapter sections for a good review of the topics studied.
