    Pathetic book for Embedded Systems

You have been cursed if your university had prescribed this book for the subject.
Very poor readability, confusing approach to explanation, bloated with irrelevant information, and downright disappointing for students new to the field.

Would never recommend this book to anyone, and would have rated it as 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

Useless Book.. An Insult to all future engineers.

I'm giving this 1 star because zero and negative numbers are sadly not accepted.

I've had the misfortune of having to read this book for my UG syllabus. Seriously, that's the worst thing I was forced to do in my entire life.

The book is classless, useless, piece of text that me and my Dad (An embedded systems professional for 35+ years) consider to be an absolute insult to all future engineers!!!

Let me tell you why I'm so fired up about this.

    1. Stupid English. Dude, even Eighth graders...

    Decent but not the best

Good supplement book but would recommend Modern Embedded Computing by Peter Barry and Patrick Crowley instead.

    Good Book

It is one of the best books available on Embedded System. It doesn't have the PIC microcontroller. But otherwise the book is quite good.

    Worst book ever!

Please do not buy this book. It lacks presentation and is full of errors. It is very hard to understand the concepts and some of the terms explained in the book are questionable. Printing errors to grammatical errors, the book has got it all!

    Terrible Book !!

This book is one of the most confusing books that I have read till date. The language used by the author is complex, convoluted and grammatically erratic at best. I would definitely not recommend this book.
