Morning = glass milk + 3 spoons of endura + 2 banana. Go to gym and work heavily for 2hrs.
Breakfast = a day before rice or 7 to 8 slices of bread.
Evening = glass milk + 2 spoons of endura + 2 banana. Workout normally at home.

Sharing reviews after half a month of usage.
Good and tasty product with banana flavour.I'd recommend to consume with 2 bananas to enhance the flavour.
Till now after consuming it for 15 days my weight has increased 1 kg.If you are thin then for the 1st 10 days just consume it without any workout and when you feel that your stomach size is increasing then you can start working out for 10-15 minutes.
