Pigmentation is Bang On. Jet Black Color. Biggest con is it isn't Waterproof. But, yes, it's Water Resistant. If you don't rub it after applying water, it's not gonna budge. But once if touched, it can't stay hold. Applicator is very useful. But, I personally noticed One more Con, It have Burning or Heat sensation in the skin when applied as Eyeliner, for around 30-40 seconds. Feels a very little dry after application.
