Pros.
1. It's light in weight.
2. It's easy to move it to other place.
3. No flickering.
4. Light is little more white as compared to old tube lights. (you may not find much difference)
Cons
1. It's too expensive.
It is value for money if you get it around ₹300.

Best in the market!
First my requirement was 4ft lights for my dhaba parking . Earlier i used old tubelights with electronic chalks . And everymonth i have to change 5 to 6 lights out of the 30 lights.
So i decided to shift to eveready led light. I ordered 15 lights @325 each .
I cant believe the new flipkarts BUY NOW PAY LATER option . I had a limit of 500...
