Worthless

They have sent a defective piece which looks good but doesn't work.
Just a model to be kept for show off but not to work. Stop fooling people by sending defective pieces. You will be more at loss by doing this than by selling the good items.
Product motor doesn't start and it doesn't have a overload bottom at the bottom which almost all the food processors have.
Basically a waste product.

Expected a better product

Extremely poor product after usage of on year. Regret to make such a purchase. Motor heats up early and stop working. You are left in the middle of your work. No resolution only get motor changed but again that would be meet same fate.

Unsatisfactory

do not purchase this rubbish food processor this processor takes runtime of only 30 seconds and rest time is 1 minute now it is not working and no customer services is ready to handle the problem
