Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming  (English, Paperback, LaBerge Stephen)

I was already acquainted with lucid dreaming a couple of years back, which was obviously accidentally induced and I didn't know if the phenomenon even existed or was it supposed to be just accidental. Apparently, this book surprisingly is a good read and as much of a self help as you could get out there. I took me roughly a month, if I may use the word, to master it. Of course, it is a discipline and you have to choose the technique which best suites you out of several provided in it.
