About the Author
Swami Lokeswarananda was born on 19 April 1909. He was an eminent monk of the Ramakrishna order and founded the famous Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Narendrapur in Calcutta. He wrote and edited many books in Bengali and English. Eternal Wisdom of India is a collection of some of the best of his writings and talks, compiled by Swami Chidrupananda.
