Excellent Book
This book is a must for all people, especially pursuing Interaction Design. Its well equipped, concise and essential. Unlike other books on interaction design, this book is text heavy, minimal graphics (all black/white).
With respect to Flipkart: the order was delivered before time but the packaging wasn't impressive. It sustained dents at all corners, especially at the tail of the spine.

Poor Quality
This is the first time Flipkart has sent a poor quality product to me. Am rather disappointed. This was not from WS retail. I think this was my last order from Flipkart.
