Good quality product

Chair is sturdy and very easy to assemble. Packaging is not that good it is arrived slightly damaged.. But inside components are Ok. Delivered one day delay. Never happened with Flipkart. Cushion is good. back adjustable and hand rest height adjustable.. overall good buy...

Does the job

1 star less for selling at more price and dropping the price just a few days post buying. Ended up spending almost 1000 more.
Talking of Chair Quality:-
1) I felt the seat depth should have been 1 inch more. For a tall person, that would have provided better comfort.
2) Seat cushion quality could be better. It is fine, but after prolonged sitting duration, one may find it little less comfortable.
3) Back support / Lumbar support, could have been better.
