A:Question is not very clear. However, pl see if the following helps:
one can push tilt the back support and there is an arrest lever as well if one wants it fixed. there is no option to keep it tilted

the chair is worth in this price!
Really very sturdy and stable. Only small feature musding is for handles, rotation. Fixed horizontally.
