Terrific purchase
Really good chair. Well constructed. Has a ton of adjustments. Should work for a wider range of height and weight differences because of the adjustability.
Note to featherlite: please buy samples of your product from flipkart and other online retailers and please study the damage to your packaging and please consider improving the taping and structural integrity of the outside box.

Does the job
Product page shows the state of the art featherlite Bangalore facilities but the product is made in China. At least honestly write in description country of manufacturing.

Must Buy Product for those who are looking for a good ergonomic chair. I was suffering from back pain due to WFH Hence I decided to buy a very good ergonomic chair that can provide me a good back and lumbar support and my hunt ended at this chair.

Just wow!
Elegant looks and a perfect ergonomic chair with plethora of settings. It has non adjustable neck support. But luckily it's aligned perfectly for my comfort.
Fabric showed good scratch resistance. The grey colour is perfect for home office environment.
One gripe is the hand rest should have had a lock button to lock-in the position, as whenever I move it slightly I need to readjust it.
