Everything works fine.
Setting it up was easy, but could have made the instructions a bit more clear. There is a little play to the backrest.(when you're not using) not sure if it's supposed to be like that.The way it wobbles does make it seem like it's loose but when u sit , it's normal and it doesn't wobble. The recline angle can be adjusted to some extent, although we're just settings the tension for the backrest. The armrest are on the stiffer side . It ...

Worth every penny
Very robust and expect a good comfort for all day working.
I could not enjoy the adjustable lumbar support well enough as it's one end is well suited and did not find the need to custom adjust. So with the head rest which comes to use only when you recline and relax.
In summary this product is worth to buy, as the quality is much better than ordinary one. You can feel the sturdiness when you sit in the chair and also the comfort.

Terrific purchase
The product is really good. Even though the packing was tampered and completely open by the time I received it, all the products and it's parts were present in it and hence I did not return the product.
The chair is very comfortable and gives a good support to the back too.

This is a good chair overall but not the true value for money. Certainly not 14k+ product. Comfort is decent and durability is yet to be seen. In terms of assembly this is super easy.
