These shoes are good for running and they help save your ankles. one problem with the shoes the orange colored part gets easily torn off.
These should only be used on a track. you cant got out in the woods with these shoes.
if your weight is more and you are going to jog with these shoes i think they wouldn't last longer than 7 months.
but shoes are comfortable and delivery was good.
