Discussions on advanced topics such as FEM formulation of flow problems, error analysis in FEM, and non-linear FEM make for a complete introductory text. Inclusion of topics such as approximation methods for solving differential equations, numerical integration, and methods for solving FEM problems on a computer enhance the utility of the book.     This is not well written book. This book needs a lot of improvement. Every topic is finished just in few lines. I can not compare this book with book by Prof JN Reddy because he is exceptional author allover the world. The book by Prof P Seshu is much better than this book.
