About Sheldon Ross
Sheldon M. Ross is the Epstein Chair Professor at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, University of Southern California. He has also written: Introduction to Mathematical Finance: Options and Other Topics and Simulation and Probability Models for Computer Science.
A graduate of Purdue University and Brooklyn College, Dr. Ross completed his Ph.D. in Statistics from Stanford University. He has also served as a Professor at the University of California, Berkeley. His areas of interest are: applied probability models, financial engineering, simulation and stochastic dynamic programming.
