Fitness Guru Heavy Duty Triceps Rope is designed for use in press-downs, curls, kickbacks and deltoid raises. The triceps rope is made from heavy duty nylon rope, rubber head, and #45 carbon steel. It fits standard weight stack cable equipment and works to help develop and strengthen your triceps, biceps, back, shoulders and abs as well as your grip strength. It is portable and can easily be taken with you when you travel away from home. Attachment connects to any universal gym system. The flexibility of the rope also allows the users range of motion to be continuous during use. Measures approximately 28.5 Inches in length and is about 1 Inch thick. Rubber ends measure about 2.5 Inches in diameter.
