Absolute rubbish!

Product is broken, main important is technician is not coming for investigation to check. It seems intentionally avoid to do return back even if there is a option. Getting more neck pain.... Please avoid to purchase this chair....... -5 rating

Unsatisfactory

Product is a utter failure. It's seating is very poor. You can feel the nuts that comes under the seat when u are sitting. Cushion is very poor. It is a big mistake from my side, I ordered this product based on the pricing. It is a do it yourself product, after installing I came to know seating portion is of no quality.
