Defective product
We got this iron delivered quickly however due to some reason we opened after 4/5 weeks only and found its a defective shipment,..
- Water leaks once you try to put the water inside.
- knob adjuster for type of cloth not working at all, seems some defects
Overall also it look like used iron or already rejected material getting shipped by the Flipkart team.
disappointed by the product & poor quality from Philips..

Review after using it from the past One Year.
The iron is good. Does the job pretty well. Let me further describe my review through some pros and cons.
Pros :
1. Iron working perfectly since the day i bought it.
2. Heats up pretty fast
3. Irons the cloth with ease.
4. Steam output is great!
5. Wattage is low
Cons:
** It has not got a water spray nozzle in front of it**
1. Kindly de-scale it once in 2 weeks regularly. I forgot about it and now scales comming out from the steam ports.

Good product, but wanter drainage system is not good
I have used it couple of time after buying it. I feel it's little heavy. The bad thing is, very hard to clear the water tank after use.

Q:water leakage problem .. & aluminium plate not use on batter quality.. iron normaly heated then its not move smooth on the cloth...
A:After filling up the water please keep the iron in switched on mode for atleast 05 mins so that the iron get stable with the water as it take time to get the water heated up.

Q:If I forgot to off the switch, then what happen to the end
A:It will be get off until it reaches the prescribed heat and get itself on when it goes low than the prescribed heat. it is done in continuous time.. fabric will get damaged and/or may caught in fire.
