Dry Seafood Baby Shrimp is the smallest size of shrimp. It is very rich in protein and is healthy diet food. It can be consumed after cooking either in a curry preparation or directly after frying in any good quality oil and even can be roasted and consumed as a nutritious diet food. It can be consumed as a whole. We pack and send whole Shrimp for you. • Fofizon’s Dry fish are rich in protein and low in fat • No Additives, Colour • No Added Salt • Naturally Sun Dried • Shelf Life: 3 Months – Store in an air tight container Method of Preparation (Indian Curry type): • Clean the Dry Fish in a warm water. • Take a vessel and cook Oil along with Hing (Asafoetida), Onion slices, Curry leaves, Green chilli slices, Tomato slices and make it brown. • Add Ginger Garlic paste, Chilli Powder, Turmeric powder and cook for 2 min. • Then add cleaned Dry Fish and let it cook for another 5 min, keep stirring in between. • Add water as per the required quantity and salt to taste, cook well with lid on. • Finally add coriander to garnish before serving.
