Fofizon’s | Dry Bombay Duck (???? ??????) Dry Seafood Bombay Duck are of about 10cm to 20cm in size. It is very rich in protein and is healthy diet food. It needs to be trimmed into small eatable pieces of about one inch in length and consumed after cooking either in a curry preparation or can be eaten directly after frying in any good quality oil or even can be eaten after roasting as a healthy snack. We pack and send head and tail cut Bombay duck. • Fofizon’s Dry fish are rich in protein and low in fat • No Additives or Colour • No Added Salt • Naturally Sun Dried • Shelf Life: 3 Months – Store in an air tight container Method of Preparation (Indian Curry type): • Clean the Dry Fish in a warm water. • Take a vessel and cook Oil along with Hing (Asafoetida), Onion slices, Curry leaves, Green chilli slices, Tomato slices and make it brown. • Add Ginger Garlic paste, Chilli Powder, Turmeric powder and cook for 2 min. • Then add cleaned Dry Fish and let it cook for another 5 min, keep stirring in between. • Add water as per the required quantity and salt to taste, cook well with lid on. • Finally add coriander to garnish before serving.
