Single component acrylic polymer for cement based waterproof composite coating membrane Provides an effective and economical method of waterproo?ng to concrete and masonry surfaces, by mixing with cement and application by brush. Hydroproof Xtra is formulated to be mixed with cement on site or simply brush applied over concrete or masonry surfaces to provide an effective waterproof membrane.

Additional Features

Application For best results, wet the surface before coating. Apply the mix with a short, stiff bristle brush like a paint to an approximate thickness of 1 to 2mm. During the ? rst 12 hours of curing, Hydroproof Xtra surface must be protected from abrasion, rain or other adverse conditions. No traf? c shall be allowed within 48 hours after application. Normally 2 coats of application of Hydroproof Xtra are recom- mended. First coat should be allowed to air dry for 5 - 6 hours. After application of the ? nal coat, initial air drying shall be al- lowed for 2 to 6 hours. During this period water should not be used for curing. Moist curing should be done for the next 24 hours by spraying water on Hydroproof Xtra coating. Following moist curing, Hydroproof Xtra should be allowed to dry for three days before subjecting it to submersion in water.
