A:You may write call me trice in a chat box with the executive. They'll call you back.I've faced the same issues with some other products. 1 of the executives told me to do this,if it happens next time.

Q:Can we reduce the size of the strap if in case of smaller hands.
A:Yes. I did it. You need not to cut the strap. You can move the closing switch accordingly and use it.
