He obtained his postgraduate degree in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai and M.Phil. in Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University. Besides, he has a Ph.D. in Commerce. He has been teaching cost accounting, management accounting and financial management to the students for over 18 years. He has also been engaged in guiding research students of various universities. Dr. Narsis has presented many papers in national level seminars and conferences and published various research articles in various commerce and economics journals and magazines. He is the author of the book entitled Fundamentals of Research in Social Sciences and co-author of the book Computer in Business.
