Hated it!
Product was damaged, however seller want to replace the part.. but flipkart customers services is pathetic. I had to return it despite of replacement was possible.
I wasted my several hours in multiple call with Flipkart without resolution.
I am done with Flipkart now, will move to another better service provider instead.

overall the product is good and really like the customer support. even though it's written as diy in flipkart, the seller came to my home and assembled the bed in quick time. thanks for this.
one of the design flaws that i have found is that, it has a sharp edge at the rare side(leg side) which is injury prone.

Could be way better
Bed quality could be good if they have provided commercial plywood as mattress base. Right now I received base as 15mm cardboard...not even particle wood ply..Also there are several joints on all the long wood parts.. really disappointed with the cost cutting approach by Ganpati arts.

Found Crack and hydraulic pump is not working.
Box is too small, build quality is not uo to the mark.. Better pay few thousand more and get it from local carpenter
