It uses the Elevate wrist-based heart rate technology3 to let you monitor your fitness and stress levels. It can easily calculate your VO2 max and fitness age, and it can also keep a tab of your Heart Rate Variability (HRV).

You can sync and share your activities with more people via the Garmin Connect community. You can access it from your smartphone and also from the Web.
