The Lenovo HW01 smartband acts as your personal fitness buddy. It actively tracks your heart rate and warns you when you’re overexerting yourself. It lets you keep tabs on how many steps or miles you walk on an average per day, it lets you track your sleeping patterns, and lets you take pictures or control music with it.
There's a fine line between working out and overexerting yourself. This Lenovo HW01 smartband works in two modes: regular, wherein you can set the band to monitor your heart rate at pre-defined intervals of time throughout the day, and Sports Mode, where the band automatically detects your heart rate every 15 minutes. More importantly, it vibrates when your heart reaches the designated threshold. This is your cue to slow down and go easy on yourself.
Apart from monitoring the quality of your sleep, this smartband also has an anti-sleep mode that automatically wakes you up in case you tend to fall asleep outside of your designated sleep timing. This mode alerts you of concentration loss or dozing while driving or working at night.
The Lenovo HW01 vibrates whenever there's a notification, so you never miss out on anything. You can now get alerts on the band when you receive a call, message, email, Whatsapp or Facebook notification.
A good night's rest is vital for one to function properly during the day. The Lenovo HW01 lets you track your deep sleep and light sleep so you have a clear idea of your sleep patterns. The band gives you an indication of how much sleep you're getting and how often you wake up at night.

Good looking watch but not at all accurate
Proximity sensor stopped working and now i have to touch the screen every time to check for time.
I used this product for 1 week.
Pros:
1. Battery is still up without charging it.
2. Band looks good and strap material is perfect.
Cons:
1. Data is not at all accurate. I walk everyday 2.5Km(according to google and as verified in Bike meter) to catch my bus. But when I see in band, it shows only 1.8KM (Not at all close).

Does the job
1.In daylight the display doesn't work well

This is an amezing looking band, feels premium very light, silicon band goes soft on the wrist. It's cool for the price it is offered
Performance
The only things work nearly well is Sleep Tracking, everything else is just going on a toss.
The step counter is pathatic, the ratio I have expereinced is sometimes 1 : 10, i.e. for 1 actual step it counts 10 step.
