Poet and lyricist Surendra Kumar Sharma was born on 2 May 1959 in the Gaur Brahmin family in Jaipur district of Rajasthan. Your father Prabhudayal Sharma was a teacher of English in Government School. His mother's name was Smt. Kamala Devi. You did M. A. (Hindi - Literature), Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management (English Medium) education and after retirement L. Ale. B. and are in their final year. You have retired in 2019 from the post of manager while working in various state institutions for 42 consecutive years.
Your works have been published in various collections, out of which Suli Upar Sej, selected couplets of the twenty-first century, some couplets - some Muktak, Doha Pachisi, Poetry life cycle, Sukavi century etc. are prominent. Your two publications Ek Aur Satsai" ~ Doha Collection and 'Geet Shatak Geet Sangrah' have been published. In the form of e-books - 'Shabd Ke Ghat' and 'Ek Aur Satsai' have been published. Edited the first coffee table book.Your works have been published in national and international magazines and from time to time broadcasting of works from Doordarshan and All India Radio.
You have successfully organized, organized and conducted Kavi Sammelans continuously in national fairs for twenty years.
