‘Geeta Rahasya’ is a bunch of beautiful qualities of spiritual truths choose from a huge garden of Karma of Shri Krishna. This bunch has been explained from time to time by various great personalities, but it has been explained, the way, by Bal Gangadhar Tilak from a practical and spiritual point of view, that hardly any other great man has done it so far. He composed this book in prison. He told, through this book, that contemplation of Geeta is not for those people who, after spending selfish worldly life, sit idle and read books at leisure, nor is it any elementary education for worldly people. In this, lies the philosophy of how we should perform worldly duties with a view to liberation. In this book, he has made a human aware of the real duties in his world.
