Get to Know Yourself: A training package for health promoters, health educators, community health workers, and peer educators promoting sexual health among young people. Promoting sexual health among young people consists of two parts: part one is a book entitled "Get to Know Yourself: A Sexual Health Guide for Young People," and part two is a handbook entitled "Get to Know Yourself: A Handbook for Health Promoters and Peer Educators Facilitating Sexual Health Programmes Among Young People." The reason for developing or compiling this package is to ensure accessibility of both books by under-resourced higher education institutions, communities, and countries. In many instances, higher education departments, community organizations, and the health sector receives funds to purchase a training package or materials but not books. It might also be cost-effective to buy a training package with all the necessary material needed for training participants. Furthermore, all the trained participants will be in possession of all the necessary training material for their own workshops in the package. It is equally important to have the sexual health book "Get to Know Yourself: A Sexual Health Guide for Young People" (part one of the package) for easy access and carrying around for young people.
