A:this is the worst luggage case I have ever bought. wheels are terrible. and the lock doesn't works. I suggest to return it immediately.

A:Hi This good luggage bag in terms of look and feel and somewhere soft anti scratch. only problem could be with wheel while rolling on hard stone surface.
