I bought these a week back. They are light enuf for their price. Not exactly VERY soft on the padding. Doesn't feel very conmfortable without socks. But hey you can't get more for this price. If your idea is only to walk and not jog or run, my advice wud be to order them and order them a size less than your normal size. They are washable although I haven't washed them yet. I wish they provided a different colour though. The silver looks straight from a sci-fi movie.
