    • Step 1: Take Missi Roti Atta in a platter. Then add lukewarm water 150ml into it and knead with soft hands and place it for 20 minuts. Rub refined oil or ghee in hands while kneading to avoid stickiness on hands., Step 2: Then make medium size balls & make required shape of missi roti and bake it., Step 3: Before serving, cut it into half and smear some butter on it. Serve hot with pickle and curd.
