Wonderful for baking. It's appropriately fine. Form no lumps while baking. Has rich aroma of almonds. Adds amazing taste of almonds to almond cookies and cake.
I use it even in making rotis. Just add 1/4th of almond flour into regular flour. The best part of almond Flour is that its gluten Free.
