This is a basic bench which is highly overrated on online platform.
The only pro is it comes cheap. And might be a good point to start excercise I'd never done before.
The list of cons.
1. The bench is narrow and not aligned with the seat. It is not steady and shakes a lot when doing dumbell presses.
2. The leg extension are useless since the height is low.
3. The incline position is 45 degree whereas it should be max 30 degree and there is no option to adjust this at all.
