How to Make Handva?
1. Take Golers Handva Mix in a bowl, add 350 ml water (To prepare sweet Handva add 1 tbsp sugar) stir gently for half a minute and rest it for 5 minutes. On the other hand heat oil and add 1 tbsp mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, red chillies and prepare the tempering and pour in the batter and stir gently.
2. In a pre-heated nonstick pan add 2 tbsp oil and pour entire mixture into it. Add sesame seeds on top and cover with a lid and cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes. Pour 2 tbsp oil and toss the preparation on upside down cook for 5 minutes with out covering on medium flame. Now turn it over and add 1 tbsp oil and cook for 1 minute without covering lid on medium flame.
3. Serve hot garnish it with grated cheese if you like. (Note: You can add grated bottle gourd, fresh pigeon peas (fresh tuvar beans) and sweet corn).
