Cooking Instructions | - How to Make Khaman ? 1. Khaman: Take Golers Khaman Mix in a bowl add 380 ml water, ginger- chilli paste as per taste and stir gently the mixture for half a minute. Let this mixture rest for 5 minutes., 2. Stir gently again for half a minute and pour the mixture in a big oil/butter greased plate. Now place the plate in pre-heated steam cooker and steam for 10 minutes on high flame., 3. Let it cool for 20 minutes, when it cools cut into square pieces, tempering with oil, mustard seeds fenugreek seeds, green chillies. Sprinkle finely chopped coriander, serve hot with sev and green chutney., 4. To make Khamani: To prepare Khamani add 2 spoons of sugar along with ginger-green chilli paste and prepare Khaman as shown above., 5. When it cools down crush the Khaman. Now tempering mixture with oil, mustard seeds, garlic paste, asafoetida and saute for 5 minutes., 6. Add sev, grated coconut, cashews, raisins, pomegranate and serve hot.
