Great product with excellent speaker. Looks beautiful. I have purchased two peices. One is for Home and the second is for Car. Yes. I am planning to install the Google Home in my car for voice maps, songs and other information. Thanks Google for inventing such a nice product.

It's just OK, and not wow!, same commands we can ask to our phone itself, it can't make calls, and no power back up. No 3.5 mm jack. It's only good play music with good sound.

It's a great little speaker. It has some bugs though that makes its experience somewhat problematic. But over-all for 500 what more can someone expect.
Its sound is good and definately better than phone speakers.
Most important thing is, that it works with Power Bank so one can use it as a portable speaker and if internet isn't working then it can be used as a Bluetooth speaker.
These aspects of this tiny little device makes it a must buy specially if you get it under 1k.

Pro-its only good with search engine. Cons - Microphone is not powerful. And also lacks many skill as alexa has. Should have give a dedicated button in addition to only using wake word ok google. Should have given more option of choosing wake word.. Ok google does not sound like talking to AI assistant. BUT GOOD FOR STUDIES.

I am very fond of controlling home devices remotely and Google home mini has made it absolutely perfect. I can say Google home mini has made my room absolutely smart.

but noticed some cons.
1. no calling/messaging features
2. When i say ok google, it is instantly triggering the google assistant on my phone, but google home is responding after 3-4 tries. it works when I'm very close to the device. i guess the mic in my google home is faulty.
3. When the music is turned on, the voice recognition is even worse.

a low budget smart speaker for all.
overall impressions are good.
no bass at all - it's all about treble but keeping in mind it's small factor and budget, it's no big deal.
sound is clear and loud.
though it's full potential comes out only with accessories like Phillips hue and Chromecast, without them, you can just talk and ask it to play music and that's all.
if you are looking for an alternate for Bluetooth speaker, save some money and buy a proper Bluetooth speaker instead

compared to amazon echo dot, Google home mini is far better option, it takes little time to setup andhas great interaction abilites.

it's great . Compact device with good audio. smart AI but needs lot of improvements in India like calling options, booking uber ola cabs etc. sometimes it doesn't recognize audio . Apart from small concerns there are lots of pros in it. Worth buying. Hope google will make lot of updates and improvements for India
