So first of all it's a camera beast ... i sold off my budget DSLR as this is more than enough for my needs. The pixel visual core is bottom line magic. The software experience is neat and exactly how google meant it to be , fast , responsive and spot on. I bought this phone exclusively for camera. So it delivers. A simple point and shoot photo appears so great. There are few things which Pixel doesn't promote but nice to have features. Time lapse, portrait mode and slow motion features have option to zoom in which other phones doesn't have.
Apart from that the phone performance is not that great in terms of battery. You need to keep a track on the drain always.
I've note 9 8gb version. Pixel beats it in terms of speed with its 4gb.
