Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. JBT Foams Private Limited / Grassberry Mattress reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to physically inspect the mattress prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty. Once the claim has been verified, Grassberry Mattress will, at its own discretion repair, replace or give a Prorated Credit Settlement as per the Terms and Conditions to warranty.

Upon opening, the Roll-Packed mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 48 hours, if it doesn’t comes back to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defected.
Not Covered in Warranty	1.Warranty will not be applicable on regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching. 2. Any sort of fabric / zip /mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty. 3.Firmness or comfort preferences of the product are not considered as defect. 4. Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 1 inch of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty. 5. Damage due to mishandling, overheating, moisture and other improper care and usage of mattress. 6. In the mattress if any staining, soiling, ironing, pouring any liquid materials on fabric and if you keep your mattress in tilt position. 7. If you caused any physical damage to the foam and spring mattress 8. If any damage caused by animals, rodents or children. 9. Natural aromas from foam, cotton, or other materials. 10.Regarding the natural defects, decision and warranty applicability will be finalized by the company.
